The Old Retired Guy... : Yep, Yep, Yep ...

Pretty much what I've been saying for about 40 years now!!

Good advice for all of us ...

Drink water from the source where horses drink. The horse will never drink bad water. Put your bed where the cat is sleeping. Eat the fruit that was touched by a worm. Boldly choose the mushroom on which the insects sit. Plant the tree where the mole digs. Build your house where the snake sit to warm yourself. Dig your well where the birds are hiding in the Heat. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time with the birds - they will harvest all the golden grains of the days. Eat more green - you will have strong legs and a resistant heart, like the nature of the forest. Swim often and you will feel on Earth like the fish in the water. Look at the sky as often as possible and your thoughts will become light and clear. Be calm a lot, talk little - and silence will come into your heart, and your mind will be calm and full of peace.
